Finance Contractor (Hybrid)

Your role and responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable short-term contractor to support our Finance team with day-to-day transactional responsibilities. This role will primarily focus on invoice entry, expense review, and GL coding to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Accounts Payable Support:
- Monitor and manage the AP mailbox, ensuring timely entry of invoices into NetSuite with accurate coding and documentation.
Travel & Expense Review:
- Review travel spend submissions to ensure correct GL coding and complete data for financial reporting purposes.
Reimbursement Processing:
- Review reimbursement submissions to validate GL accuracy and ensure completeness of data for reporting.
Basic qualifications and experience:
- Prior experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems preferred
- Basic understanding of GL coding and financial reporting
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts payable role is a plus
