TraceLink is seeking an IT intern that will assist the IT department with day-to-day operations and special projects. This dynamic environment will provide the individual with a wide variety of technologies and solutions in a high-growth, global, cloud-first company.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy Windows and Mac laptops for end users

• Peripheral setup for end users (cube setup and breakdown)

• Interaction with end users to troubleshoot IT issues

• Create phone extensions

• Create user accounts in Active Directory

• Manage and update equipment inventory

• Create and update process, procedure, and technical documentation

• Maintain and improve the IT intranet site

• Access control system changes (badge issuance, changes)

• Other tasks as assigned
