We are seeking a Sr Release Engineer to own and evolve the release process for our model packages, ensuring consistent, reliable, and scalable delivery across diverse hardware and environments. This is a fully hands-on role for someone who thrives close to the code, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering workflows while maintaining a broad system-level view. You will collaborate with teams across software, firmware, and infrastructure to coordinate release cadence, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in build and delivery reliability.
This role is hybrid, based out of Belgrade, Serbia.

What We Need
- Design, implement, and maintain release pipelines for Tenstorrent model packages including CI/CD, versioning, and artifact management.
- Debug build and release issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive long-term reliability across multiple environments.
- Define and enforce release criteria, readiness gates, and automated validation for software and model delivery.
- Collaborate with teams across software, firmware, and infrastructure to coordinate release cadence and manage dependencies.
