We're looking for an IT Administrator to support our Belgrade office and help keep our tech running smoothly. This role is all about creating a great onboarding experience, solving day-to-day IT issues, and maintaining local infrastructure—with some remote support and occasional travel.
This role is hybrid OR on-site, based out of Belgrade, Serbia.

Who You Are
- Experienced with general IT support, networks, and troubleshooting across Mac and Windows.
- Comfortable working onsite with autonomy while supporting remote locations when needed.
- Familiar with tools like Office 365, JAMF, Zoom, JIRA, and Azure AD.
- Organized and proactive, with a knack for managing tickets, tools, and hardware with care.
What We Need
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and user support in Santa Clara.
- Troubleshoot issues across laptops, AV, printers, and networking equipment.
- Maintain inventory and log support activity through JIRA.
- Collaborate on IT projects and help improve support services as we scale.
