WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and driven Implementation Engineer to provide exceptional technical hands-on support and implementation throughout the onboarding phase of the Tealium CDH. The ideal candidate will have both the technical and customer-facing skills to resolve customer issues at a high rate, be knowledgeable enough in the digital marketing landscape to lead strategic conversations with our customers and provide value to users by ensuring we offer world-class customer support.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Facilitate excellent customer experience by performing the following duties:

  • Execute on our customer’s initial configuration of their Tealium products to integrate into their marketing tech stack and achieve their business objectives

  • Empower and enable our customers to utilize and realize value from our products

  • Support our sales team by validating scopes of work for feasibility and level of effort

  • Communicate professionally via our project management system, email and remote meetings

  • Effectively troubleshoot and analyze complex issues related to JavaScript Tags, APIs, Data Discrepancies, and general front-end code languages, identify possible solutions, and present recommendations & best practices

  • Become an expert in the suite of Tealium products, including but not limited to Tealium IQ, AudienceStream, EventStream, Predict, DataAccess, and partner products

  • Contribute to our knowledge base to support both internal and external content

  • Manage and prioritize workload daily

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

  • You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing and technically hands-on roles

  • You possess high proficiency in reading, writing, and debugging JavaScript and similar programming languages

  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are a clear and articulate speaker

  • You have experience working in web technologies

  • You can quickly and efficiently search, understand, and apply technical documentation

  • You are passionate about resolving issues with great attention to detail

WHAT ARE SOME PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with tools such as Browser Developer Tools, Charles Proxy, mobile debugging, various BI tools, databases, and SQL languages

  • Experience in digital marketing and web analytics products such as Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, or Salesforce

  • Familiarity with mobile frameworks

  • Experience with Tealium products or the Adtech ecosystem

  • Knowledge of cloud computing services such as AWS or GCP

  • Experience with Amazon Quicksight or similar dashboarding tools

  • Experience with Workato or similar automated workflow tools

  • Ability to understand and/or develop digital marketing strategies

WAGE TRANSPARENCY

In several countries worldwide, including regions within the EMEA and APJ, employers are required or strongly encouraged to include salary ranges in job postings. While requirements vary by location, transparency is a core value at Tealium. We’re committed to providing clear and consistent compensation information to all applicants, regardless of location.

This full-time position offers a base salary range of €55,000 to €70,000 annually. The final offer is determined by job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. The role may also be eligible for a performance-based bonus and equity options.
