WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Demand Generation & Field Events Manager operates remotely, driving the strategy, planning, and hands-on execution for a robust calendar of field events, trade shows, VIP experiences, virtual events, and webinars. This leader is responsible for architecting demand generation programs and ABM campaigns that generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and deepen engagement across our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and prioritized ABM accounts.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of marketing and sales, leveraging advanced Marketo expertise to deliver high-impact campaigns, segment audiences, enable stakeholders, and report on measurable ROI. Success in this role means building scalable programs, fostering collaborative team alignment, and executing events that transform audience interactions into business outcomes.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Events Management

Strategize, plan, and execute a dynamic annual calendar of events, including:
Regional field workshops
Industry trade shows
VIP dinners
Virtual events & summits
Partner co-hosted events
Comprehensive webinar execution
Oversee event logistics, audience engagement strategies, budget management, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-up.
Collaborate with partners, speakers, and sponsors to elevate event quality and reach.
Demand Generation
Own development and end-to-end execution of multi-channel demand gen campaigns targeting strategic ICP and focused ABM accounts.
Architect ABM programs at all stages of the buyer’s journey, leveraging Marketo for audience segmentation, nurture streams, campaign building, event promotion, and in-depth measurement.
Launch industry-specific marketing campaigns and partner programs tailored for vertical targets.
Build and implement nurture streams mapped to the buyer’s journey, ensuring industry-relevant engagement.
Sales & Stakeholder Enablement
Work closely with SDR teams to align campaigns, events, and outreach with strategic priorities; deliver enablement resources and playbooks.
Partner with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) to ensure programs drive aligned business outcomes and pipeline creation.
Document repeatable campaign processes to scale programs effectively across the organization.
Program Operations & Reporting
Own budget planning and management for all campaigns and events.
Track, analyze, and report demand gen and event performance—including pipeline growth, attendee engagement, influenced opportunities, and ROI.
Develop and share actionable insights, optimizing future initiatives and informing leadership.
WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM
5+ years in demand generation and event management, ideally in SaaS or B2B technology environments.
Deep hands-on Marketo expertise (campaign execution, lead flows, audience segmentation, nurture, events, analytics/reporting).
Strong Salesforce fluency (campaigns, reporting, dashboards)
Proven record managing and executing a diverse portfolio of live events, trade shows, virtual experiences, and webinars.
ABM campaign leadership, targeting multiple regions (preferably AMER), including industry segmentation and account activation.
Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple workstreams in a distributed, high-capacity environment.
Demonstrated collaboration with Sales, SDRs, and revenue leadership on cross-functional programs.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate, analyze, and report detailed campaign effectiveness.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills (with vendors, partners, and internal teams).
Self-starter attitude; comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
ABM certification, training, or advanced operational experience.
Demonstrated ownership of trade shows, field workshops, VIP experiences, and webinars with measurable outcomes.
ABM experience (regional planning, account selection, orchestration with SDR/Sales).
Data-driven, deadline-oriented, and excellent at vendor/agency management.
Proficiency in additional marketing technologies (BrightTalk, Groove, Asana, Canva, Sendoso).
WAGE TRANSPARENCY - US
In many U.S. states, employers are required to include a pay range for posted positions. Although this isn't a requirement in every state, communicating transparently is a cornerstone of our operations at Tealium, and we believe in making this information available to all applicants.
The U.S. pay range for this full-time position is listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for a robust benefits package that includes the following:
Employees are eligible to receive an annual bonus and stock options.

We offer 11 paid holidays annually
We offer 15 hours of paid work time for volunteer activities and programs.

Our sick leave accrual is the following for our employees:
Exempt CA employees (not including San Francisco) including NY : accrue 40 hours each year. Unused sick leave carries over into the next year. Employees cannot exceed 80 hours in a given year.
Exempt Non - CA employees (not including NY) including SF: Accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year.
Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year. Not to exceed 108 hours in a calendar year.

Compensation Range: $95,000 - $115,000 Base
