WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Digital Experience Manager will own Tealium’s website strategy and execution, driving engagement, conversion, and inbound growth. Working remotely, this role operates across website experience, personalization, SEO, and email marketing to ensure Tealium.com delivers tailored, high-performing journeys for our ICP segments. Success in this role means optimizing the site as a demand-driving engine, testing new digital tactics, and continuously improving the user experience.


This individual should thrive in a fast-moving SaaS environment, championing “Teal on Teal” activations (using Tealium’s own products) and bringing technical/creative solutions to complex web, email, and conversion challenges.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Website Strategy, Optimization, & Personalization

  • Own day-to-day management, strategy, and analytics for Tealium.com, driving user engagement, performance improvements, and funnel optimization.

  • Launch conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments across landing pages, forms, and web flows, leveraging A/B and multivariate testing methods.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement site content and structure aligned to ICP segments and buyer journeys.

  • Own site personalization strategy using Monetate, delivering tailored experiences and dynamic content for priority audience segments.

  • Partner with product and analytics teams to measure and improve audience-specific engagement and conversion rates.

Website-Triggered Emails & Email Marketing

  • Design and deploy website-triggered email flows, using Marketo for automation, lead nurture, and follow-ups that improve conversion across the digital funnel.

  • Execute segmented email campaigns (Marketo), combining behavioral triggers and ICP/buyer journey insights to drive pipeline results.

  • Develop and maintain an email marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with product launches/updates, events, and demand generation initiatives.

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Develop and execute an SEO strategy, including keyword research, technical site audits, on-page optimization, and ongoing content refinement, to maximize discoverability and inbound traffic.


"Teal on Teal" Activation

  • Work with internal teams to leverage Tealium’s own products on Tealium.com, improving data capture, targeting, personalization, and attribution. No prior experience with Tealium is required, but curiosity and a strong learning mindset are essential.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Own reporting on key digital KPIs from traffic, engagement, conversion rates, email metrics, SEO impact—and develop actionable insights for leadership.

  • Lead regular reviews of site and email campaign performance, iterating on tests and optimization playbooks.

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

  • 4+ years in digital/demand generation roles, including hands-on ownership of website, digital campaigns, and experimentation.

  • Experience with Marketo for website-triggered emails and segmented email campaigns.

  • Demonstrated success owning SEO strategy and execution in a B2B/SaaS context.

  • Experience driving personalization through Monetate or a comparable platform.

  • Strong CRO background (A/B, multivariate testing, analytics).

  • Technical savvy, comfortable building/judging technical solutions and “hacking” quick tests within web, email, and MarTech stacks.

  • Data-driven, highly analytical, with ability to translate digital metrics into impactful tactics.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams.

WAGE TRANSPARENCY

In many U.S. states, employers are required to include a pay range for posted positions. Although this isn't a requirement in every state, communicating transparently is a cornerstone of our operations at Tealium, and we believe in making this information available to all applicants.

The U.S. pay range for this full-time position is listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for a robust benefits package that includes the following:

  • Employees are eligible to receive an annual bonus and stock options.

  • Employees and their families are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.

  • Employees have the option to enroll in our 401k plan and are eligible to receive contributions for company matching.

  • Employees are eligible for flexible paid time-off and extended paid parental leave.

  • We offer 11 paid holidays annually.

  • We offer 15 hours of paid work time for volunteer activities and programs.

  • Our sick leave accrual is the following for our employees:

    • Exempt CA employees (not including San Francisco) including NY : accrue 40 hours each year. Unused sick leave carries over into the next year. Employees cannot exceed 80 hours in a given year.

    • Exempt Non - CA employees (not including NY) including SF: Accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year.

    • Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year. Not to exceed 108 hours in a calendar year.

Compensation Range- $85,000 - $100,000 USD Base
