Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within EMEA.

Oyster is on a mission to create a more equal world by making it possible for companies everywhere to hire people anywhere. Our Revenue Operations team is central to that mission, driving data-informed strategy, scalable processes, and alignment across all of our go-to-market teams.

We’re looking for a Vice President of Revenue Operations to take full ownership of the RevOps function and play a pivotal role in shaping Oyster’s growth trajectory. You’ll report directly to our CRO, an experienced GTM leader, and act as a thought partner to the executive team while building the systems, processes, and insights that will shape the future of Oyster’s revenue engine.

This is a rare opportunity to own the RevOps function end-to-end in a global, high-growth SaaS environment.

The VP of Revenue Operations will:

  • Own and lead the global RevOps function, overseeing a team of ~11 across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Partner Ops, Solutions Consulting, Revenue Analysts, and Program Management.

  • Act as a strategic and analytical thought partner to the CRO, proactively identifying pipeline risks, diagnosing closing pace issues, and driving data-led solutions.

  • Take ownership of forecasting calls and business planning, ensuring predictability, accuracy, and alignment across the business.

  • Build and scale the systems, processes, and playbooks that will take Oyster’s GTM org from strong to world-class.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to deliver predictable, scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Oyster’s Revenue Operations team, driving career growth and team excellence.

  • Partner with GTM leaders to align strategy across sales, customer success, marketing, and partnerships and identify growth opportunities.

  • Drive forecasting rigor, ensuring accuracy and credibility with Finance and the executive team.

  • Establish and refine revenue performance metrics, forecasting processes, and data-driven insights.

  • Architect scalable processes and systems that enhance efficiency across the revenue lifecycle.

  • Own the quota setting process for all revenue carrying roles

  • Evaluate and optimize our technology stack, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Drive alignment between marketing, sales, customer success, and finance for revenue predictability.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CRO and leadership team on growth strategy and GTM effectiveness.

Core Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience running RevOps end-to-end in a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted partner to a CRO, influencing GTM strategy.

  • Experience scaling a business from ~$100M to $500M+ ARR.

  • Strong people leader, with experience building and inspiring multi-disciplinary RevOps teams.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable with complex data and business modeling with a track record of turning insights into action.

  • AI-first thinker: skilled at leveraging AI-driven tools, automation, and analytics to accelerate forecasting, pipeline insights, and GTM efficiency.

  • Hands-on operator: comfortable rolling up your sleeves to crunch numbers while also shaping long-term strategy.

  • Strong systems and tooling expertise; experience with CRM design, reporting, forecasting, and enablement.

  • Deep understanding of sales, customer success, marketing, and partnerships operations.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Excellent communication and influence skills with the ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
