Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans to ensure technical alignment and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure execution and achieve common goals.
• Process Improvement: Identifying and addressing bottlenecks or inefficiencies to improve productivity and quality. This involves analyzing existing workflows, implementing processes, and recommending automation or technology enhancements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in managing technical projects.
• Proven experience in engaging and leading teams, and improving processes.
• Ability to manage large-scale development projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to lead meetings effectively.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Experience in working with product management teams, high business understanding skills.
