A Little More About The role:
At Gravie, we’re redefining how people experience health benefits, and that starts with how our employees experience the workplace. As our Workplace Experience Specialist, you’ll be both the face and force behind our Northeast Minneapolis office, balancing day-to-day operations with culture-building and strategic initiatives that make Gravie an exceptional place to work. You’ll also oversee our secondary location in Bloomington. From greeting guests with warmth to executing high-impact events, managing vendors, and optimizing space for a hybrid workforce, you’ll create a seamless and welcoming environment. This highly visible role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, with a passion for service, operations, and culture.
You will:
· Serve as the go-to presence in the Minneapolis HQ, welcoming guests and team members while embodying Gravie’s brand and values.
· Maintain a functional, inclusive and inspiring workplace by managing layout, maintenance, and continuous improvements.
· Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, food and beverage programs, janitorial services, mail, inventory and space planning for both Gravie offices.
· Plan and execute engaging events such as team outings, company-wide gatherings, holiday celebrations, volunteer opportunities and leadership offsites.
· Collaborate with HR, IT, and leadership to implement programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support hybrid work.
· Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience to visitors, candidates, customers and employees, ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment.
· Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, landlords and other local partners while staying within budget.
· Monitor security systems, manage keycard access and coordinate with local officials to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
· Communicate clearly and consistently through internal channels to keep employees informed, engaged and connected.
· Track workplace data and feedback to drive ongoing improvements in space utilization, amenities and employee satisfaction.
· Support IT and facilities-related troubleshooting by responding to on-site issues and working cross-functionally to resolve them quickly.
· Adapt to changing priorities, business needs and event schedules with flexibility and professionalism.
· Assume responsibilities for other office locations as needed.
You bring:
· 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace experience, hospitality, operations or customer service
· Availability to work on-site full-time, Monday through Friday, at our NE Minneapolis office
· A warm, professional and approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong operational and project management skills; adept at handling budgets, vendors and logistics
· Strong organizational, multitasking and project management abilities with keen attention to detail
· A proactive, self-starter mindset with a high degree of ownership and creative problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally across departments and leadership
· Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Availability to be on-call for after hour facilities needs
· Physical ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs as needed
Extra credit:
· Experience working in a startup, hybrid work environment or high-growth organization
· Background in event planning, culture-building or corporate communications
· Familiarity with office systems and tools such as FreshService, Prism and PDK
· Experience managing vendor contracts, office security systems and access control
· Passion for creating community, inclusion, and connection in workplace environments

The salary range for this position is $49,500 - $82,500 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.
