About the Role:eSentire is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute field marketing activities across select sales regions. This role is responsible for executing marketing programs and campaigns that build awareness, generate pipeline and support revenue growth in region.You will work closely with the VP, Channel Programs & Marketing, regional sales leadership and in-region channel leadership to deliver field and channel activities that move prospects through the buyer’s journey. Your focus will include bringing the company’s value proposition to life in region to support new business, expansion and renewal revenues.Responsibilities: Contribute to the regional marketing plan and own execution of the agreed calendar of activities for responsible regions (including channel partners, tech alliances and direct sales)Execute modern, multi-channel programs tailored to the requirements of each region, including a series of online and offline eventsManage end-to-end event logistics — venue and vendor coordination, registration, promotion, budget tracking, on-site support and post-event follow-upRoll out campaigns and programs to Sales, ensuring reps are briefed and enabled for optimal lead follow-upPartner and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive awareness in the marketplace and build pipeline for SalesTrack and report on the performance and ROI of field marketing activities, and share results and feedback with Sales and Marketing leadershipSupport customer reference, referral and retention programs, including identifying candidate customers and helping produce case studies for use in marketing campaignsExecute channel marketing activity aligned to the regions, including partner-focused (virtual and in-person) events, joint programs and initiatives, and support the administration and tracking of partner MDF programsMaintain accurate campaign records, budgets and reporting in Salesforce and the marketing automation platform Requirements:This posting is for an existing vacancy 1–3 years’ experience in B2B marketing (ideally cybersecurity or enterprise software)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience working with sales, marketing and product teams to build effective working relationships and programsDemonstrated success executing marketing programs and regional projects, and coordinating creative agencies and vendors, in a fast-paced environmentExperience using Salesforce, Pardot, ABM and other marketing softwareStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and deadlinesWillingness to travel within the East and Central regions for events as required Compensation RangeThe expected base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 CAD. This range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and internal equity.
