- Own and execute the full sales cycle for net-new customer acquisition
- Apply a consultative, value-driven sales approach to uncover customer challenges and align Strike48’s platform to business outcomes
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partner collaboration
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders including CISOs, SOC Directors, Security Engineering leaders, and IT executives
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering to deliver compelling discovery sessions, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements
- Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity
- Represent Strike48 with professionalism at customer meetings, industry events, and regional conferences
- Provide structured feedback from the field to support go-to-market strategy, messaging, and product evolution
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology
- Consistent history of net-new logo acquisition and quota attainment
- Demonstrated success in consultative or solution-based sales motions
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong executive presence with the ability to articulate technical and business value clearly
- Highly organized, disciplined, and accountable approach to pipeline management
- Based in the Boston area with the ability to:
- Work from Strike48’s downtown Boston office on a hybrid basis
- Travel 10–25% as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience selling to security operations, SOC teams, or IT leadership
- Background in platform, infrastructure, or data-centric technology sales
- Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement and security buying processes
