Description
About the Role:
What You’ll Do:
- Build and optimize GTM processes:
Design, implement, and improve key revenue workflows — from lead routing and opportunity management to onboarding and expansion — with scalability in mind. - Own revenue systems:
Administer and optimize our CRM, sales enablement tools, and marketing automation platforms. Evaluate and integrate new tools as needed. - Drive reporting and insights:
Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the funnel: pipeline velocity, conversion rates, churn, CAC, LTV, and more. Turn data into actionable insights. - Forecasting and planning:
Partner with finance and sales to support accurate pipeline forecasting, territory design, and quota planning. - Improve cross-functional alignment:
Act as the connective tissue between go-to-market teams, and finance — ensuring process consistency and data integrity. - Support strategic initiatives:
Help launch and operationalize new go-to-market initiatives (e.g., product-led growth motions, pricing changes, new segments).
What You Bring:
- 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Business Operations — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience managing CRM and RevOps tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with large data sets and building dashboards in Salesforce
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without authority
- Process-oriented with a bias for action and experimentation
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments where priorities shift quickly
