We are seeking a dynamic People Operations to join our fast-growing team and help promote our. This role is crucial in fostering our people-first culture and ensuring a positive work environment that aligns with our mission.
Responsibilities
What Will You Be Doing?
Collaborate closely with the People Team to ensure an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This is an on-site role to ensure the best support for the team.
Office Management & Employee Experience:
Oversee daily office operations, including facility management and maintenance
Manage office supplies inventory and procurement
Coordinate internal events and manage office budget, expenses, and vendor relationships
Assist with external vendors for events, and coordinate travel
Assist with the calendar’s invitations for the US team
Manage external vendors for daily operations
Executive Admin Assistance:
Admin assistance - creating presentations/documents, managing calendars, meetings, and travel for senior leaders
Handle day-to-day office tasks and keep things running smoothly
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Office Management positions/ admin role
- Proven experience in event planning, EX, employee lifecycle (from hiring to off-boarding)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively
- People-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong sense of ownership and resourcefulness
- Team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willing to work from the office 5 days a week, 9:00-6:00

- Darrow provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of pay (base salary) for this role is $70,000 - $80,000.
