About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our growing Product team. The technical writer plays a critical role as our documentation is an extension of the product and central to customer enablement and success.

You will collaborate with Product, R&D, and Customer Success to deliver clear, accurate, and accessible content that helps enterprise customers unlock the full value of our platform.

As a Senior Technical Writer, you will own the development and continuous improvement of documentation for our core Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) solution as well as additional products within our platform. You will thrive in our fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with rapid release cycles and evolving requirements, while shaping best practices for technical communication at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain product documentation across multiple formats, including user guides, API references, release notes, and onboarding content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, clarify complex concepts, and transform them into clear, actionable information.
• Ensure documentation quality by managing review cycles, verifying technical accuracy, and aligning deliverables with product milestones.
• Enhance usability through precise microcopy and thoughtful UI text reviews.
• Gain deep product knowledge by participating in demos, reviewing new features, and engaging in installation and configuration sessions.
• Adopt and advocate structured authoring practices
• Own documentation projects end to end, from planning and drafting to approval and publication, while balancing multiple deliverables.

Who You Are

Must-Haves

• 6+ years of proven experience as a Technical Writer in a B2B or SaaS environment, ideally within cybersecurity, data security, or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into content that is clear, concise, and engaging for diverse audiences.
• Experience with collaboration and workflow tools such as Jira (for issue tracking) and Notion (for knowledge sharing).
• Proficiency in structured authoring tools and formats such as XML, HTML, DITA, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with frequent changes and tight deadlines.
• Customer-obsessed mindset, with a strong commitment to clarity, usability, and user success.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and sense of ownership, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken English and proficiency in Hebrew.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with knowledge base platforms such as Zendesk Guide
• CSS/HTML
• Experience in a similar role in Cybersecurity
• Experience working on Data-Driven products
• Experience with translation management
