Description

WHO WE ARE

Come join the company at the center of how the world adopts AI securely. Cyera’s mission is to give enterprises the confidence to embrace AI safely — deciding exactly what it can see and do as it reaches deeper into the business. We started by solving the hardest problem in data security: finding and securing data faster and more precisely than anyone thought possible. That foundation is now the essential AI trust infrastructure for the Fortune 1000. We’re hiring mission-driven talent to put those leaders at the center of our story.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Technical Enablement Manager will provide SE leaders, SEs, and our channel partners with the learning materials, content, and resources to win in identity security. As identity becomes the control point for how people, machines and AI agents access enterprise data, our field teams need deep fluency in identity security concepts, our product differentiation, and how to position it with CISOs and identity and access management leaders. Partnering with the sales, product and technical leadership teams as well as the broader enablement team, the technical enablement lead will develop and execute impactful programs for up-leveling the technical and non-technical skills of the pre-sales teams. A successful technical enablement lead will scale and improve programs as well as support new programs from conception to adoption. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with pre-sales, channel, product and technical leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs for the identity security portfolio
  • Determine identity security enablement priorities with pre-sales stakeholders
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with channel, pre-sales reps and leaders
  • Serve as a liaison between pre-sales and product teams, translating identity security product releases and customer use cases into field-ready messaging
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for pre-sales, including hands-on labs and demos covering IAM, PAM, IGA and non-human identity use cases
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Build and maintain identity security learning paths and certification programs, including ITDR and AI agent identity
  • Facilitate content creation and use with pre-sales teams, including identity security demos, battlecards and technical collateral
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on overall enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify identity security knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Contribute to GTM strategy and planning for identity security
  • Track identity security market trends and competitors, and turn them into positioning and training for the field

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years experience in a high-performance cybersecurity sales organization in sales, sales engineering, pre-sales, channel, enablement, or learning and development
  • A strong understanding of Enterprise security pre-sales, including developing technical sales content, demos, labs and training from the ground up
  • Working knowledge of identity security concepts, including IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO and MFA, identity threat detection and response (ITDR), and Zero Trust
  • Familiarity with non-human and AI agent identities, service accounts, secrets management and least-privilege access models
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems, ideally in an Enterprise first selling motion
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex identity security concepts to technical and executive audiences
  • Security or identity certifications (such as CISSP, Security+ or vendor certifications) are a plus
  • Ability to work with ambiguity in an unstructured, high growth and fast paced environment
