As Coder’s FP&A Manager, you’ll help scale how we plan, invest, and learn. Your work turns numbers into choices, clear trade-offs, faster cycles, and healthier growth.

You’ll own company planning, forecasting, and performance management in partnership with leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and G&A. You’ll build driver-based models, strengthen systems, and turn insights into action.

Success in this role requires analytical depth, executive presence, polished communication skills, agility in navigating ambiguity, and the ability to influence senior decision-makers through clear, data-driven storytelling

This role reports to the Sr. Director of Strategic Finance and may manage analysts as we grow.

What you'll do here

  • Lead the company planning rhythms: Lead the annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning

  • Run monthly BvA & Forecast reviews: Deliver clear, actionable monthly reporting and variance analysis (BvA) as well as updated projections for executives and budget owners;

  • Own and maintain FP&A systems: Serve as the business owner for our budgeting and forecasting tool (Datarails); driving enhancements, maintaining data integrity, and partnering with Accounting and RevOps to improve automation and reporting

  • Partner cross-functionally: Work with G&A, R&D, and GTM leaders on headcount, investments, and ROI cases - driving budget accountability and ownership

  • Enhance systems and processes: Strengthen data integrity across our ERP,, Datarails, and Salesforce; automate reporting and dashboards to raise visibility into KPIs

  • Collaborate with Accounting: Ensure accurate revenue recognition, expense tracking, and close processes; manage accruals and support reconciliations

  • Provide insights and recommendations: Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate complex data into strategic guidance for leadership

  • Support strategic projects: Contribute to board materials, fundraising prep, pricing analyses, and other cross-functional initiatives

What we're looking for

  • 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance within SaaS or Enterprise Software.

  • Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis

  • Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leaders

  • Experience administering or owning an FP&A system (Datarails, Adaptive, or similar)

  • Working knowledge of ERP (NetSuite or similar), GAAP, and key SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, CAC payback, LTV, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and project management skills; able to distill complex information into clear business narratives

  • Self-starter with strong ownership and curiosity; thrives in ambiguity and continuous improvement

Our tech stack

  • Salesforce (CRM)

  • Datrails (FP&A Budget / Forecast)

  • NetSuite (ERP)

  • Metronome (usage billing)

  • Campfire (rev rec)

  • Stripe (B2C)

  • Numeric (Accounting Close Tool)

Bonus tacos if you have

  • (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)

  • Experience implementing or scaling FP&A tools and processes

  • Background in early-stage (Series A-C) companies

  • Fluency in SQL or BI tools for analytics, visualization, and reporting
