As Coder’s FP&A Manager, you’ll help scale how we plan, invest, and learn. Your work turns numbers into choices, clear trade-offs, faster cycles, and healthier growth.
You’ll own company planning, forecasting, and performance management in partnership with leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and G&A. You’ll build driver-based models, strengthen systems, and turn insights into action.
Success in this role requires analytical depth, executive presence, polished communication skills, agility in navigating ambiguity, and the ability to influence senior decision-makers through clear, data-driven storytelling
This role reports to the Sr. Director of Strategic Finance and may manage analysts as we grow.
What you'll do here
Lead the company planning rhythms: Lead the annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning
Run monthly BvA & Forecast reviews: Deliver clear, actionable monthly reporting and variance analysis (BvA) as well as updated projections for executives and budget owners;
Own and maintain FP&A systems: Serve as the business owner for our budgeting and forecasting tool (Datarails); driving enhancements, maintaining data integrity, and partnering with Accounting and RevOps to improve automation and reporting
Partner cross-functionally: Work with G&A, R&D, and GTM leaders on headcount, investments, and ROI cases - driving budget accountability and ownership
Enhance systems and processes: Strengthen data integrity across our ERP,, Datarails, and Salesforce; automate reporting and dashboards to raise visibility into KPIs
Collaborate with Accounting: Ensure accurate revenue recognition, expense tracking, and close processes; manage accruals and support reconciliations
Provide insights and recommendations: Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate complex data into strategic guidance for leadership
Support strategic projects: Contribute to board materials, fundraising prep, pricing analyses, and other cross-functional initiatives
What we're looking for
5–7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance within SaaS or Enterprise Software.
Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leaders
Experience administering or owning an FP&A system (Datarails, Adaptive, or similar)
Working knowledge of ERP (NetSuite or similar), GAAP, and key SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, CAC payback, LTV, etc.)
Excellent communication and project management skills; able to distill complex information into clear business narratives
Self-starter with strong ownership and curiosity; thrives in ambiguity and continuous improvement
