The Role:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the People Operations team, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service delivery.
  • Manage our ticketing system in collaboration with People Ops Specialists, ensuring timely responses to employee inquiries within SLAs, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Analyze team workload and workflows by using metrics and data to identify opportunities for improvement and escalating recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive efficiency and automation by supporting the development and implementation of new processes, guidelines, tools, and systems that align with the organization’s goals.
  • Collaborate on global and regional initiatives to enhance operational processes and employee experiences, and ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date.
  • Assist with core HR functions such as benefits administration, employee records management, offboarding, and other operational tasks, ensuring precision and integrity in all processes.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of People Ops Specialist by providing ongoing training and professional development to ensure outstanding service delivery and personal growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years in HR, People Operations or a similar role (bonus points if you've been in the trenches and survived the chaos)
  • Experience with various People systems (Workday strongly preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of basic HR management practices and procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
