Armis is hiring a Federal Program Manager to help us deliver against and grow a strategic new Civilian agency contract opportunity. As a Federal Program Manager, you will:
- Serve as Armis program manager and main point of contact for a strategic program serving the Federal Government as a subcontractor to a large-scale federal systems integrator prime contractor.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the prime contractor and the U.S. Government
- Coordinate and communicate priorities
- Serve as a primary point of contact to coordinate all internal Armis activities required to successfully deliver against program requirements and grow business
- Ensure program/project deliverables are compliant with contractual commitments, requirements and regulations, including monthly status reports, monthly Program Management Reviews, and ad hoc reports
- Identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans.
- Effectively resolve and respond to issues directly with other company partners and the Government.
- Support company on-contract growth and business development efforts
Manage Armis team performance and delivery of high-quality products and support services. - Oversee the delivery of strategic communications, marketing, content creation, conference and meeting planning, and program management.
Attend on-site meetings and conferences in Washington, D.C. per contract schedule.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a closely related field
- 10 years’ experience managing delivery and oversight of a large-scale, complex projects with national reach and various audiences and stakeholders
- Able to obtain and maintain a Federal government security clearance
Professional Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
- Experience managing deliverables originating from Armis systems engineers, client success personnel, product development, sales, operations and marketing teammates
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple tasks that vary in scale and complexity.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, provide a high attention to detail, and respond to challenges with a high degree of adaptability, sound judgment, and comfort in establishing new directions and managing to change.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications and problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients, project team members, and colleagues.
