Location - Hybrid role attending the London office 3 days per week.
In this role you will be the Revenue operations partner to the International sales organisation, providing end-to-end support to leadership and the wider team.
What you'll do:
  • Maintain and improve CRM data hygiene for International to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide Analytical Support: Build and deliver ad-hoc reports and data requests related to our pipeline and other key sales metrics.

  • Drive Sales Efficiency: Manage the sales forecasting process and provide strategic, data-driven insights to sales leadership and teams.

  • Enable the Team: Serve as the go-to resource for sales processes, BI tools, and systems, providing hands-on support and training to help our sales team succeed.

  • Support Growth: Collaborate with international account teams to understand their needs, identify expansion opportunities , and ensure our resources are effectively engaged to maximize revenue.

  • Optimize Processes: Identify opportunities to improve our sales systems and processes. You'll partner with our BI and Systems teams to implement scalable solutions.


What we expect:
  • Experience: 2+ years in a Sales Operations role, preferably with a SaaS company.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Salesforce.com and other CRM platforms. Experience with CPQ is a plus. You should be comfortable working with complex data sets, formulas, and reporting tools to create impactful, data-driven insights.

  • Mindset: A strategic and analytical problem-solver who can prioritize multiple work streams and proactively overcome roadblocks. You are agile, detail-oriented, and have a "can-do" attitude.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.

  • Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and are excited by new challenges and the opportunity for growth
