The role:

Armis is looking for a new Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to join the People Team!

In this role you will play a crucial role in aligning the HR function with the overall business objectives by collaborating with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support Armis’ goals. This role will primarily be supporting the Marketing, G&A and Customer Success departments.

What you will do…

  • Strategic HR Planning
    • Work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that align with overall business goals.
    • Provide input on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
  • Employee Relations
    • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers.
    • Mediate and provide resolution, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Talent Management
    • Partner with managers to identify talent needs and support the development and retention of employees.
    • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
  • Organizational Development
    • Assess organizational needs and recommend interventions to enhance team effectiveness and employee engagement.
    • Collaborate on change management initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and employee buy-in.
  • HR Policies and Compliance
    • Ensure that HR policies and practices are consistent with legal requirements and align with organizational values.
    • Advise management on HR-related compliance matters.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.
    • Prepare regular reports on HR key performance indicators.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Foster effective communication between HR and the business partner groups (Sales and Marketing)
    • Collaborate with other HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition.
  • Compensation and Benefits
    • Participate in annual salary review processes to determine salary adjustments and bonuses.
    • Ensure that the organization's compensation practices comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
    • Provide training and support to managers on compensation-related topics.
  • Job Evaluation and Grading
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate new and existing roles, ensuring job descriptions accurately reflect responsibilities and qualifications

What we expect…

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive HR decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Salary range guidance for this position is: $160,000 - $180,000 per year.
