Aera Technology stands as The Decision Intelligence Company. We provide the groundbreaking innovations and specialized services that empower global enterprises to achieve sustainable, intelligent, and efficient operations. Our flagship offering, Aera Decision Cloud™, harmonizes with established enterprise ecosystems to digitize, enhance, and automate organizational decision-making in real time. By revolutionizing how businesses think and act, Aera has generated millions of actionable recommendations, driving substantial revenue growth and operational savings for many of the most prominent brands worldwide.

In your role as a Solution Architect, you will spearhead the design and deployment of Decision Intelligence strategies that redefine enterprise performance. You will collaborate intimately with customer stakeholders and internal experts to convert sophisticated business hurdles into resilient technical frameworks—encompassing supply chain, finance, and various other functional areas—leveraging the advanced capabilities of the Aera Decision Cloud™.

Responsibities:

  • Participate in requirements-gathering workshops to deeply understand business problems and translate them into functional and technical specifications
  • Envision and architect end-to-end solutions leveraging existing platform capabilities and upcoming product features
  • Create detailed technical design documents, process flows, and data models to support the development of scalable, production-grade solutions
  • Harmonize structured and unstructured data sources to build robust data models for analytics and decision intelligence applications
  • Apply advanced spreadsheet techniques — including complex formulae and macros — to translate existing solutions and business logic into multi-dimensional models
  • Leverage an understanding of multi-dimensional modelling concepts; prior exposure to tools such as Anaplan (Classic/Polaris), SAP APO, Pigment, or Board is advantageous
  • Design data integration strategies for extracting data from source systems and writing results back, with working knowledge of SQL as an advantage
  • Work hands-on with large language models (LLMs) and build AI agents to augment decision-making workflows
  • Lead functional and technical validation activities including integration testing and performance testing
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights and support decisions prescribed by Aera
  • Develop compelling demo solutions that illustrate the value of Decision Intelligence across a variety of industries and use cases
  • Drive adoption of new platform features by championing their implementation across customer engagements
  • Participate in and actively support customer demonstrations, proof-of-concept exercises, and pre-sales activities
  • Deliver training and enablement sessions for internal teams, customer stakeholders, and partner organizations on new product features and capabilities

About you:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree with a minimum of 6 years’ experience delivering enterprise IT solutions
  • Background in IT consulting and/or enterprise planning; familiarity with tools such as SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, Pigment, Board, or IBM Cognos is a strong plus, given the multi-dimensional modelling nature of the platform
  • Hands-on experience with data integration pipelines and creating dashboards in analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos
  • High degree of proficiency in data modeling, with a strong grasp of data warehousing concepts and SQL
  • A self-starter who enjoys experimenting with and adopting emerging technologies
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and intellectually curious, with a bias toward action and a passion for taking on complex challenges head-on
