We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Infrastructure Engineer to support and scale our corporate IT environment. This role will directly report to Aera’s Chief People Officer. You will interact with most, if not all, other Technology departments on some level, mainly for troubleshooting and equipment set-ups. You will also interact with HR, Office Management and Facilities for placement of employees and communal computer equipment and Executive Support.
You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day IT infrastructure, supporting end users, and contributing to long-term IT strategy and scalability.
Responsibilities
Own and manage corporate IT services including help desk support, executive support, AV systems, and infrastructure operations
Provide break-fix support for Mac and PC users across various systems, applications, and tools
Manage new hire onboarding including hardware provisioning, software setup, account creation, and access management
Procure, track, and maintain IT assets (hardware, software, peripherals) and ensure accurate inventory management
Administer and renew software licenses, ensuring compliance and cost optimization
Maintain and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, network connectivity, and endpoint infrastructure
Support and manage cloud services, storage, backups, and data transfers
Ensure high availability, security, and performance of corporate systems, servers, and networks
Install, upgrade, and continuously improve the corporate IT environment
Provide support for email systems, web access, and collaboration tools
Deliver audio-visual (AV) support for meetings and executive events with zero disruption
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement IT solutions aligned with business needs
Identify operational gaps and propose proactive technical solutions
Support IT integration for remote offices, partners, and new locations
Contribute to IT strategy, scalability planning, and infrastructure expansion
Create and maintain knowledge base documentation and SOPs
Ensure a secure IT environment by supporting security best practices and vulnerability resolution
About You
3–5 years of experience in Corporate IT / Infrastructure Engineering / IT Support roles
Strong hands-on experience with MacOS and Mac environments (mandatory)
Good working knowledge of Windows systems and enterprise IT environments
Experience with Google Workspace (GSuite) administration
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Exposure to Azure AD / identity and access management
Familiarity with network troubleshooting, Wi-Fi infrastructure, and endpoint management
Experience with remote access tools and ITSM/ticketing systems
- Experience supporting AV systems and executive stakeholders
Basic understanding of cloud platforms, storage, and backup systems
